Ponzu Steak Bowls

Ingredients Needed:

  • 0.5 cup - white rice
  • 1.0 whole - green pepper (chopped)
  • 1.0 whole - yellow onion (diced)

Recipe Steps:

STEP 1

Place rice in a fine-mesh sieve and rinse until water runs clear. Add to a small pot along with 1 cup water and a pinch of salt. Bring to aboil, then cover and reduce to alow simmer. Cook until rice is tender, 15 minutes. Keep covered off heat for at least ten minutes or until ready to serve.
